Wow! A Helter Skelter at the Tate Modern
For the next six months or so from tomorrow you will be able to take a free ride on this amazing slide at the Tate Modern:
This fabulous indoor funfair ride, sorry "participatory installation experience", has been created by artist Carsten Höller with funding from Unilever.
You certainly can't accuse this Unilever commission of not using the Turbine Hall to its full potential. More pictures here.
Via this article in the Observer's Review section which I never get around to reading till Monday evening somehow. It's just too long-winded for a Sunday somehow. There's another review on the Guardian's Culture Vulture blog this evening, complete with action shot!
